Something has gone nuts with the PC and I have been working with MSN to get the problem fixed. MSN tech people are still trying to figure out whats going on.
Looks like it’s going to take a while for them to fix whats ever wrong with the software.

I was thinking, your site would really benefit those people following your exercises… if you could create a sidebar widget containing your exercises from the bottom up. Mark’s recent post helped a bit to connect the exercises.
Another recommendation, link the home page in your header. It would make my life so much easier.
